Our Story

I was born and raised in a small beach town in Rio de Janeiro, where life has always been about sunshine, ocean waves, and the beauty of nature. The beach was my second home. A place where I felt free, alive, and truly myself. And bikinis were always part of that story. For me, they were never just swimwear; they were confidence, joy, and a way of celebrating who we are.

When I moved to Chicago, I found myself longing for that part of me. I missed the warmth of the sun, the easy connection with nature, and most of all, the Brazilian bikinis. Their unique cuts, their bold energy, and the way they make women feel radiant and powerful. That longing became inspiration, and that inspiration turned into a dream: to bring the essence of Rio to women everywhere. That is how ThalyaSwimwear was born.
